Modifying the tracks and trying to sell them as your own assets is not allowed. However, if you're a developer and want to, for example, pitch something down or apply an effect on top before putting it in game - that is allowed as long as I'm credited for the music. Similar to when a producer samples an existing song for a beat or an artist lays vocals over a purchased producer's track, the important element here is credit for the assets provided.
Hi there! Your purchase of the music pack would grant you an infinite, non-exclusive commercial use license - meaning you can use it forever in as many commercial projects as you like. All I ask is that you credit me wherever your credits page is, and let me know where I can find your game when it releases - I'd love to help support it!

Hi!
Is there any license of use or credits for it?
I am very interested to use these sounds in my game
